When you enter the inviting hallway of this beautiful classified townhouse, we have 2 residences with a roofed terrace; The red rose residence on the right & the Blue lagoon residence is on your right.
This studio with kitchenette is airconditioned and measures 44 sqm. Both have a small terrace with garden furniture for private use.

This large accommodation is stylish decorated with antique and shabby-chic furniture and finished with all shades of blue.

The original art pieces on the wall from the owner and all the ceramic, metal art-work spread around the house, makes this place unique.
This residence can be a deluxe residence for 2pp.

King size bed (or 2 single beds on request) are very comfortable because of the orthopaedic mattress.

The high ceilings of 4.60 m, the ceiling fans, the air-conditioning and the thick isolated walls guaranty a nice temperature throughout the year.

During the cold winter months the residence is heated with air-conditioning & towel warmer in the bathroom at no extra cost.

During summer the residence is nice and cool, using the ceiling fan &/or air-conditioning.

The kitchenette is compact but very practical.
It is an extension of the living area and is located close to the outdoor terrace. So eating outdoors on the roofed-over terrace and in the shade or indoors is an easy thing to do. Everything is available to make a small meal for up to max. 2 persons.

The ensuite bathroom consists out a large instep shower of 170*80 cm, 2 sinks and a WC.
It features a wall hanging hair dryer and a towel warmer.
Lots of different size towels and face clothes are available .

This blue lagoon studio ensuite is also available as a long let studio-apartment during low season( 15/11- 15/03 ).
