This peaceful **Deluxe Garden Room in Gozo** is the perfect luxury retreat for two guests looking for comfort, privacy, and relaxation. The beautifully designed air-conditioned ensuite room (45 sqm) is located in the newly built area at the back of our historic townhouse, offering an **oasis of silence and tranquillity**.

Large French doors open directly onto the picturesque garden and swimming pool area, allowing guests to step outside and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of our boutique bed and breakfast.

The premium room features unique interior design combining antique furniture with modern comforts, decorated in elegant shades of purple. Original artwork by the owner and local Gozo artists creates a warm, welcoming, and authentic atmosphere.

Modern amenities include a flat-screen TV and a fully stocked fridge freezer, with a selection of local wines, Maltese beers, water, and soft drinks, providing guests with everything needed for a comfortable and memorable stay.

The room offers a luxurious king-size bed (200 x 200 cm) with a thick orthopaedic mattress, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The bed can also be converted into two single beds on request, making it suitable for different travel needs.

With high ceilings of 3.3 metres, traditional thick limestone walls, ceiling fans, and modern air conditioning, the room maintains a comfortable temperature throughout the year. During the cooler winter months, heating via air conditioning is included at no additional cost.

The spacious **deluxe ensuite bathroom** features:

• Hair dryer
• Heated towel rail

Additional in-room amenities include a fridge/freezer, cutlery, plates, cups and glasses.

This residence is often rented out as a honeymoon holiday residence.
